These terms govern your use of Lover Wherever. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use it respectfully, privately, and lawfully.
Lover Wherever is designed for two invited adults in a relationship or close connection to privately share prompts, feelings, notes, photos, videos, and voice messages. You may only use the app for lawful, respectful, consensual communication.
There is zero tolerance for harassment, threats, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, impersonation, exploitation, or any unlawful use. You may not use the app to pressure, stalk, shame, or endanger another person. If we determine that an account is being used abusively, access may be limited or removed.
Content shared in the app is intended for the paired users only, but you remain responsible for what you upload and send. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not send intimate or explicit content without the other person’s consent.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for maintaining accurate account information. Pairing is intended for your chosen partner only. Creating fake, deceptive, or abusive accounts is not allowed.
If paid access is offered, any purchase terms, pricing, and restoration process presented in the app or store listing apply to your use. Access may depend on a successful payment confirmation tied to your pair.
We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the app at any time, and account deletion controls should be available in the app when supported by your current release.
